I led marketing and product teams across Blinkist, Blacklane, Montblanc and Kia for the past decade. I built authority across cultures, with or without a title, even while feeling self-doubt or overwhelmed.
I overcame three burnouts. I stayed quiet in meetings when I had the answer. I had my ideas land without my name on them. I learned, slowly then fast, exactly what it takes to be heard, trusted and credited. I now teach those tools so women can advance their careers even faster than I did.
